In 2120, telepaths roam the streets spotting crimes before they happen, but the rest of the world hates them and wants their thoughts to remain private. Julie’s days are filled with telepathically interrogating endless pre-criminals from behind the safe walls of Cerebrum, but when a famous scientist is murdered in his own home, she is partnered with detective Kang, a man who hates her kind. In order to identify the culprit Julie must fight against a partner hell bent on seeing her fail and a city who wants her dead, to stop a killer before they strike again with something far worse than she could ever have expected.
